Some of the types of positions we are planning to fill...
- Front of the House - If you like people and want to help give our guests the best experience possible then the front of the house might be the place for you. FOH staff will help check guests in, introduce them to the beverage wall, help them understand our offerings, how to get the perfect pour and even teach them a bit about the breweries and wineries we carry. Duties also include running food, clearing tables, cleaning and stocking glassware, etc. You may also be asked to pour drinks at our WhiskeyWorx bar (simple stuff, bartending experience not required) and help keep the beer flowing on the tap wall.
- Management - CraftWorx is not your typical restaurant, and we're looking for management that can help us realize our unique vision. If you have good people skills, management experience, a bit of tech savvy and some restaurant experience we might have a role for you. Don't expect to be sitting in a back room processing paperwork. Managing at CraftWorx means being on the floor doing real work, interacting with customers and staff and doing whatever is required to delivery an exceptional customer experience to every visitor.
- Dishes and Bussing - Our customers go through a lot of glassware and dishes and we need hard working staff to keep everything clean and ready for the next customers. If you are not old enough to work with alcohol but still want to be part of what we are doing, this might be a good role for you.
- Kitchen - If you like to work in the kitchen we might have a place for you. Cook, prep, cleaning, etc. Our beer drinkers will get hungry so we have lots of delicious food from our full kitchen. It's not a complicated kitchen, but we do get busy so you have to be able to hustle. We have full time and part time shifts available.
